Dear Michael, I am proud to say you're my caterer. You and your staff did a 5 star job. Words really can't express the great job your team did. They were smart, professional, attentive, polite, open to directions from me, and most of all "just on it"!!!!!!! The food was the best wedding food any of us had ever had. The food quality was equal to what you would get in a fine dining restaurant. I having worked in so many, I would know. The biggest compliment to you, the chef, myself, and the service team was when the bride, groom an I had our post wedding meeting to talk about the event, they did not have a single complaint about anything!!! They were very happy and that speaks volumes.

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great our suite looked, how delicious the food was and how effortless your staff went around making sure all of our guests were taken care of. This is truly the first party in my 16 year career with the firm where I actually felt like I was a guest and was confident that you and your staff would handle everything. Sometimes its difficult for me to “let go” and turn over control to someone else, however after our first meeting I knew we were in excellent hands.
