At Taste America, we use only the finest ingredients and we make all our cuisine from scratch. Salads. Dressings. Three-day fond au veau (veal stock) for our sauces. Breads, cookies, tarts and wedding cakes with our wonderful white Italian butter cream icing (not low fat!). As a chef, food integrity is oh so important to me!
All caterers have a style. Ours is contem-porary American. We use traditional French methods of cooking. Discerning palates will recognize immediately our devotion to preparing food and creative visual presentations. These are some of the reasons I think Taste America is so successful.
